Working with young athletes is one of our passions! We bring our Whole Athlete philosophy to bear in our program design for teams, camps, and individuals. We work to create safe space, encourage self-care and recovery, and address tough topics like body image and mental health as well as teaching good movent patterns at age-appropriate load.
Youth Movement Academy
We team up with Renzo Gracie Seattle to provide a truly unique camp for kids in 3rd-8th grade! Children learn bodyweight movements and coordination with us in the morning, then self-defense and grappling in the afternoon, with time in between for a community-focused activity.
Camps are held throughout the year when kids are on break from school! Sign up for the full camp or select specific days according to your schedule.
- Winter Break: Tuesday-Thursday, Dec 31st – Jan 2nd
- Mid-Winter Break: Tuesday-Thursday, Feb 18th-20nd
- Spring Break Session I: Monday-Friday, April 13th-17th
- Spring Break Session II: Monday-Friday, April 20th-24th

Youth Memberships & Punchcards
Youth of any age can be members and use the facility under a guardian’s supervision, and youth 15-18 can workout on their own or take classes at discounted rates. Punchcards are an easy way to get access during busy school times!
We love working with youth sports teams and organizations in and out of the gym! We offer discounted rates for youth teams. Contact us about your squad and we’ll get you set up with a developmentally appropriate and engaging plan!
