Make use of all of our open hours to work out on your own! Learn more about our facility here; we have a wide range of functional training equipment available, including barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and more. (And yes, you can drop your bars here!)


Work out with one of our expert coaches in a group training environment. With a wide variety of classes from lifting to Pilates, kettlebells to barbells, including womxn-specific classes, you can find the combination and schedule that’s right for you!

Personal Training

Work with one of our coaches in sessions focused on you! We offer personal training to individuals or pairs and offer a variety of packages to fit your needs.
