Strive & Uplift is focused on supporting the whole athlete! We understand that great athletic performance isn’t just about drills, practices and weight room work – that’s why we offer education around nutrition, mental health, self-care, and more!
Our coaches have years of strength and conditioning experience with a variety of sports, but what really sets us apart is our commitment to creating an environment where athletes feel safe to learn, try and fail, and support each other.
We emphasize a growth mindset for our athletes and offer modifications for all bodies and abilities in our programming. We give you lots of options because one size never fits all – we’ll work with you to figure out what combination of coaching services will work best for your team!
Team options include:
- Onsite in our Ballard gym, offsite at fields or your weight room facility, and virtually via Zoom meeting
- One-time clinics or regular coaching
- Lifting & conditioning programming for your team that’s available online (customized or standard)
- Rent space at our Ballard facility to do your own workouts
During the closure of the physical gym to limit the spread of COVID-19, some team training options are unavailable. We are currently offering virtual workouts and workshops for teams! All our online programming memberships for ultimate players and teams include comprehensive and progressive gym-free programming!
