What are you training for?
I am training to maintain physical and mental health during this time and also as a way to relieve stress from graduate school and parenting teens. 🙂
What do you do with Strive & Uplift?
I started out over 2 years ago with a group of friends and did courses with Ren. When covid started I used member content to do workouts several times a week. It took me a while to realize there were virtual classes 🙂 I am glad I found them because I had missed seeing everyone! I do classes with Liz, Allison, Becca and Dominique and am very proud of my push ups!
What’s your favorite thing about training with Strive & Uplift?
I LOVE the COACHES – they are always coming up with new ideas and exercises that keep me guessing and my body working. I love the community.Â
What’s one thing you want to share with the gym community?
I am in school to become a Couples and Family Therapist. I want to work with kids and parents and will start a year-long internship in the next few months.Â
